Nani was so kind and a gracious. She have out some fresh samples and my husband, daughter and myself HAD to get some lunch from here. The BBQ chicken and pepper chicken are delicious as well as the coconut shrimp, that was made to order!! We also all got Thai Tea and it was also delicious!! We will DEFINITELY be back for lunch or even dinner!!! 10/10 will recommend

Ruby Thai is great, my favorite spot at the Quakerbridge Mall food court. Their made to order Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice dishes are great value, with everything fresh and tasty with ample portions to boot. They can also substitute Tofu in for their fried rice dishes even though the menu says chicken or shrimp, which the employee on duty today was happy to arrange for me. I recommend it to anyone who frequently visits this mall and likes good food for a fair price.

Found myself starving at the Quaker Bridge Mall and wandered into the food court looking for something quick but flavorful. The aesthetic of Ruby Thai Kitchen caught my eye—and I had a craving for something on the lighter side, maybe some Thai flavors. I ended up ordering the two chicken combo with mango chicken and coconut chicken, and wow—this meal did not disappoint. The mango chicken was sweet and tangy, while the coconut chicken was creamy and rich without being heavy. For around $13, the portion was huge. I seriously had trouble finishing it all—I was beyond full, borderline beached whale territory by the end. What made it even better was the staff. They were genuinely courteous and offered samples on a stick before I ordered, which helped me confidently choose what I wanted. I came in looking for something light, but I left fully satisfied—and then some. Wouldn’t mind going back again at all to eat some light dish that's not too heavy on the waistline. Nonetheless solid choice if you’re ever hungry at the mall.
